New clients who went quiet: follow up after 15 min, 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days, 2 weeks, then once a month for 6 months. The app only reads Quo — write to the client from Quo yourself; your message is counted as the follow-up within about 10 minutes. Text between 9 AM and 8 PM.

All clients with a phone or e-mail from BookingKoala, Quo and Thumbtack, one card per person (updated every 15 minutes). "Do not book" is for office use only — cleaners and clients never see it. Only the Owner can remove it.
Team activity
Schedule (2 days on / 2 days off)
Quo: only how many messages were sent and to how many clients — message text is never stored. Bookings: "Created by" in BookingKoala. Actions: everything done in this app (payments, follow-ups, "Do not book", sign-ins), kept forever.
